HOW TO ORDER

Orders can be taken through the store link at the top of the page, or for a bespoke item, using an image from the gallery or a unique sized frame/print, please contact the studio info@susanphelps.co.uk

*Please note: Prints and products that are made to order, please allow 3 weeks for delivery pithing the UK and approximately 4-5 weeks outside UK

DELIVERY

Your order will be posted in appropriate packaging to ensure safe delivery and will require a signature.

Delivery will be attempted within a reasonable time, but please allow for any COVID related delays that are beyond the control of myself or the couriers.

Printed on beautiful, white matte photographic paper, each piece is individually hand signed. Mounted in classic white mount board surround and framed in your choice of black wood grain, or white wood gain (other colours are available on request) ready to hang this is the perfect gift.

PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS

PRINTS (Unframed)

Printed on beautiful, white matte photographic paper, each piece is individually hand signed and is the perfect gift.

These bespoke matte prints fit standard high street frames to co-ordinate perfectly with your existing decor. Ideal as a present or as a treat for you and your home.

Larger size will be posted rolled in a sturdy tube for safe delivery, these will require to be laid flat prior to framing.

Photographic coasters

COASTERS

Stunning premium quality these matt laminate coasters are made with a non-slip cork base. and are the perfect gift for any mug!

The coaster is hardwearing and the design will not fade or wear off. It is scratch resistant and will not stain.

Clean with a damp cloth, do not immerse in water.

All coasters have a matt finish.

MUGS

Do you need the perfect, unique gift?

This is the perfect fine bone china mug. Ideal in size, weight and shape. Comfortable to hold and an authentic unique design.
We love these mugs and find them particularly good for your English tea or a rich coffee.

8 cm x 9 cm - approx 380 ml

Fine bone china is a more elegant and refined type of porcelain developed in 1748, and is claimed to genuinely improve the taste of an English cup of tea.

Please wash by hand to preserve the life of the print and keep the china in pristine condition.

Your beautiful mug will be dispatched with either a double walled cardboard box, or polystyrene protective packaging, to ensure it's journey to you is a safe, protective one.

Luxury, vegan suede cushion with an original Susan Phelps Design. Printed on premium vegan suede that defines the finer quality of this exceptional cushion.

Plain vegan suede back, chosen to beautifully compliment the front image.

Cover measures approximately 60 cm x 60cm and is removable for cleaning via a handy zip.

Made entirely in England.
Comes complete with a plump fibre insert.

Care Instructions
Hand wash only – wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to dry.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

General Info

 

We remain open as an online business despite the temporary closure of our studio due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and you can still order both Art and Gifts to brighten up your home to be delivered to your door. 

Should there be any disruption to the delivery of your order due to COVID-19 affecting delivery services we will let you know immediately.


Any print ordered for delivery in mainland UK is shipped without a mount but will be rolled and sent in a tube or small box.

Mounted prints will be sent flat packed in bubble wrap and double walled cardboard.

Mounted and framed prints will be packaged in bubble wrap with corner protectors and shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes specifically designed to hold framed pictures. Standard carrier rates will apply to shipping costs for the size and weight of the package to mainland UK. 

Framed pictures to be sent anywhere other than mainland UK will be sent with acrylic glass instead of standard glazing in order to further guarantee safe arrival of the picture intact.

 

Time Scales

For prints only (no mounts included) please allow up to one week for mainland UK delivery although if we have stock of that image it will be delivered within 3-4 days. For Europe please allow 10 -14 days and the rest of the world approximately 4 weeks.

For Mounted Prints please allow up to 10 days for mainland UK delivery although if we have stock of that print it will be delivered within 4-5 days. For Europe please allow 10 -14 days and the rest of the world approximately 4 weeks.

For framed prints please allow up to 14 days for delivery in mainland UK except peak periods where delivery may take up to three weeks and approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery to Europe. For the rest of the world, please allow 4-6 weeks.

Please note international framed print orders will be framed behind perspex instead of glass.

For canvases, please allow 5-7 weeks for delivery in mainland UK. Please contact the gallery for delivery times to the rest of the world.

A collect at studio option is also available.
