We hope you enjoy viewing the selection designs and products. We will do all we can to ensure you have an enjoyable shopping experience and that you are completely happy with your order.

We are responsible for making sure that every product offered on SusanPhelps is shown accurately, and to check that all prices shown are correct.
Some of products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed.
Colour reproduction is portrayed as accurately as possible, but all monitors and screens vary in how the colours are seen.
Placing your order
Once you have placed an order (by choosing an item and completing our online checkout process) we will issue a receipt and contact you by email to confirm postage and delivery details
Our acceptance of your order becomes effective when it is purchased.
We may not be able to accept an order if the following occurs:
1. We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
2. You do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
3. You request delivery to outlying postcodes that are not covered by our courier. These include SY, TD and TR and to Scottish Island postcodes HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE.
Cancellations
Products cannot be cancelled or accepted for return and refund once an order has been confirmed.
We are not obliged to provide a refund of items, nor for refund or replacement of late or non-receipt of orders where the recipient address has been misspelt or entered incorrectly by you. You can make changes to your order before you complete the checkout process. Please check your order carefully before confirming it.
4. Payment
You will be able to access and order a product online we prefer to use Paypal as our payment processor. This service is free to you, the customer.
5. Supply and pricing of goods
Postage and packaging charges
The prices shown on this website are shown exclusive of postage and packaging charges; these will be shown separately at the checkout stage. Where possible, products will display appropriate delivery and packaging pricing alongside the product description.
Delivery and postage
Products sold on our website are assembled, printed and despatched from mainland United Kingdom. Once you have placed your order it will be sent as soon as possible via Royal Mail or courier unless you choose other special delivery options which may be offered. If the order is local to us, delivery can be made in person, to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
If your product is in stock we aim to ship within 7 days
You should allow at least 14 working days from confirmation of ordering framed prints for dispatch. Items despatched to the EU or the rest of the world will take longer. If you need the item quicker please do let us know and we will do our best to deliver the item as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruption to postal deliveries which are out of the control of Susan Phelps.
Using the correct postcode is important to ensure prompt delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that delivery addresses are adequate but we cannot be held responsible for errors in the supply of such information by you.
Goods are subject to availability
Delivery charges are in accordance with our courier provider and as such we may alter those prices in accordance to theirs. We reserve the right to vary the delivery charges and our system will work out the costing dependent on the size and weight of the product being sent.
Small packages will, where possible, be sent by Royal Mail and larger packages by specialist courier. Please contact us for international shipping prices.
6. Refund & Returns
We will always despatch your order in perfect condition but occasionally a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that an order is faulty, or it is damaged in production or is found to be the wrong item, we ask you to Contact Us within 14 days of receipt to let us know of the problem. Use the Contact Us tab at the top of the website home page.
We will agree with you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a direct replacement of your order. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or incorrect address.
We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 14 working days, and will do our best to resolve it within 30 days. We may ask you to take a photograph of the product or ask that you send it back to us to help us take up the issue with our courier and avoid any future problems. Should it be necessary, we will then advise you how to return your item.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product and postage/delivery costs. Alternatively, we may offer to reprint or replace the product free of any charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and replacement.
